Pediatrician-trusted answers, every roll, crawl, and step of the way.
ParentMD puts pediatrician-authored guidance into parents' hands, delivered through the health systems and providers families already trust.
Pediatrician Led.
Every answer, article, and video starts with board-certified pediatricians. Clear, current, and easy to understand, with no guesswork about whether you can trust it.
Parent Guided.
We build around the questions parents ask most, so you feel ready for the next visit and calmer about the moments in between.
One trusted source, three ways to reach families.
ParentMD is the company. These are the products that carry the brand into parents' daily lives.
Baby Playbook
Hundreds of pediatrician-authored articles, videos, and checklists, organized by your baby's stage. Families reach it through their health system, white-labeled to the brand they already trust.

Gear and services that earn the ParentMD-approved mark, surfaced when they are relevant to where a family is. Part of the Playbook experience, not a separate destination.
Coming soonParents deserve a better source.
Most new parents end up getting their answers from TikTok, ChatGPT, and Google, with no way to tell what is trustworthy. Pediatricians have the answers, but no good way to reach families in the moments between visits. ParentMD closes that gap, at the point of highest trust.
Built by pediatricians. Delivered by the systems you already trust.
ParentMD reaches families at the moment trust is highest, when a provider hands them the tool at the hospital. That distribution is what sets the company apart from a content site or an app waiting to be discovered.

Five pediatricians lead our clinical content, backed by a team that has built and shipped health platforms at scale. We are a pediatric health platform company, and our products are how that company reaches families. The goal is simple: that "by ParentMD" becomes a mark parents look for and trust, the same way they trust the name on a pediatrician's door.
Answers about ParentMD.
The questions parents, health systems, and employers ask us most.
What is ParentMD?+
ParentMD is a pediatric health platform company founded in 2021 and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Board-certified pediatricians author and review every piece of guidance, and health systems and providers deliver it to families under their own trusted brands. Its products are Baby Playbook, Playbook Chat, and the upcoming Baby Marketplace.
What is Baby Playbook?+
Baby Playbook is ParentMD's clinical content platform: hundreds of pediatrician-authored articles, videos, and checklists organized by your baby's stage, from newborn through toddlerhood. Families receive it through their health system or employer, white-labeled to the brand they already trust. Learn more at thebabyplaybook.com.
What is Playbook Chat?+
Playbook Chat is a conversational companion built into Baby Playbook. It answers parents' questions in plain language, and every answer is grounded in the same pediatrician-authored, AAP-aligned content, not the open internet, so a question at 2 a.m. gets a calm, trustworthy response.
Who writes and reviews ParentMD's content?+
Five board-certified pediatricians lead ParentMD's clinical content, and every article carries the name of a reviewing physician. Guidance is aligned with American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommendations and written to be clear and practical for parents.
How do health systems partner with ParentMD?+
Health systems license Baby Playbook white-labeled to their brand and hand it to families at the point of care, typically via a QR code at discharge. Launch is turnkey, with no integration project required. ParentMD launches in September 2026 with two leading health systems covering roughly 24,000 births a year. Email hello@parentmd.com to start the conversation.
Can employers offer ParentMD as a benefit?+
Yes. Employers add Baby Playbook to their parental-leave packet with a link or QR code, with no enrollment project or ongoing administration. New parents get a year of pediatrician-authored guidance, which supports calmer care decisions and smoother returns from leave.
Is ParentMD a substitute for seeing a pediatrician?+
No. ParentMD provides educational guidance that helps parents feel prepared between visits; it does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. For concerns about your child's health, contact your pediatrician, and call 911 in an emergency.
